The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 363 "An                       
Act making appropriations for capital project matching grant funds             
and for capital projects; and providing for an effective date" and             
recommended it be replaced with                                                
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 363(FIN), entitled:                                    
"An Act making appropriations for capital project                             
matching grant funds and for capital projects;                                 
making an appropriation for the continuation of                                
federal litigation; and providing for an effective                             
date."
